“Project” tab
Specify the start time of the pollution process and the time of the resulting map. The map time should be later than the start time.
There are two options to import measurements.
From Database. The first is loading from file and the second is loading from database. Measurements taken at times between start and map dates and from specified provider are loaded from the database. If there is no measurements satisfying these requirements in the database, the notification label is displayed. If you want to import measurements from file you need to prepare a file according to the IAMM measurement file format specification. Then either import it via Rodos menu (“Measurements → Import Measurements”) or directly form IAMM initialization panel.
From File. If you want to import measurements from file you need to prepare a file according to the IAMM measurement file format specification and specify it in IAMM initialization panel.
NOTE: Coordinates in measurement files should be in degrees. Order: longitude, latitude.
Select regionalization method, mapped quantity and operation mode.
If “interpolation with uncertainties” is selected then it is possible to specify types of uncertainties.
Mesh can be imported from prepared project file or generated.
Also map selection tool is available to specify the lower left corner and size of the domain. Press “Select on map” button to use it.
After selecting domain you can check its properties at “Project” tab.
Then fill in “step x” and “step y” fields or change size of the domain. Domain lengths are automatically adjusted in order to contain whole number of steps. Make sure that selected domain contains measurement points. Coordinates in the IAMM measurement files are geographical longitudes and latitudes. Number of cells in the resulting map is shown and it can be adjusted to meet ERMIN requirements by pressing the button “Adjust steps ( … )”.
